Twisted Flicks: Mighty Peking Man!
Twisted Flicks is a monthly comedy show that makes HORRIBLE movies HILARIOUS. Seattle’s funniest improvisers play a bad movie on the big screen, mute the sound and then use your suggestions to make up brand new music, dialogue and sound effects on the spot. It’s sort of like watching someone have a picnic in a bear’s den.
On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, February 22-24th at 8 pm, Twisted Flicks’ improvisers will make you laugh at a burly beast in our temperature-controlled movie theater. You’ll watch the unbelievable 1977 movie Mighty Peking Man (5.3/10 rating on IMDb and 55% rating on Rotten Tomatoes). “A giant Himalayan beast tries to save a Russia woman from a sleazy show-biz promoter.”
Unsurprisingly, Mighty Peking Man wasn’t a smash hit. “Worst movie and the best unintentional comedy that I’ve ever seen.” – IMDb Reviewer
Our bar (cider, beer, liquor and wine) and concessions stand (candy, popcorn, soda and La Croix) will be open throughout the movie! So grab a snack, kick back and laugh at Twisted Flicks!
