What our Customers have to say about us:
We had such great feedback about your training! I was very aware of a few specific employee’s reservations about the training before you came. People seemed to feel pretty defensive about 1) being told they had to go 2) feeling like their own current communication skills were being called into question. One person had even told me, “well, I’ll go because I guess I have to, but I’m going to leave early”. And, not only did this employee stay the whole time, but she also told me afterwards that the training wasn’t what she expected, and that she thought it really helped to bring people together! Others who had similar reservations also talked to me afterwards, and said the same thing, mostly that it wasn’t at all what they had envisioned, and that they had a good time. Multiple people told me that they learned something from the training, and that they would even attempt to implement the “yes, and” skills in their professional interactions.
Community House Mental Health Agency – HR
Your ability to use Improv games and directly tie back the learnings to our day-to-day jobs was perfect. The team took away many helpful tips, tricks, and learnings. It was a pleasure getting to work with you!
Thanks so much for coming all the way out there and doing this team building event for us. The team really enjoyed it! I heard nothing but great things coming out of it, and believe the team has learned valuable skills to improve their communication style and will apply these skills on a daily basis.
And yes of course, I will refer your company to everyone else I know as I think this is an excellent team building activity for all teams here at MSFT and other companies!
I give credit to you for helping me shift my perspective on how to approach verbal communications—to simply go with the flow, be myself, have fun and not worry … Thank you very much!
