Performance Information The Jet City Improv Festival will be hosted primarily at West of Lenin Theatre in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. Performances take place Thursday, July 16, Friday, July 17, and Saturday, July 18, 2026. Perform at JCIF Applications are now open for the 2026 Jet City Improv Festival. JCIF builds on the legacy of the Seattle Festival of Improv Theater and launches a new chapter of bold, collaborative improv in Seattle. Selected performers will: • Perform as part of the inaugural Jet City Improv Festival • Receive workshop discount codes • Be invited to festival social mixers and partner events Please note: This first edition of JCIF is unpaid. Workshop Information Festival workshops will take place Friday, July 17 and Saturday, July 18, 2026 at West of Lenin Theatre and University Heights Center in Seattle. Sessions may be scheduled as: • 2-hour standard workshops • 3 or 4-hour Master Classes Final scheduling will depend on instructor availability, curriculum scope, and festival fit. Instructors will be paid $100–$400, depending on length and whether the session is offered as a standard workshop or Master Class. Lead a Workshop at JCIF Jet City Improv Festival is seeking experienced instructors who bring a clear point of view and strong facilitation skills. We are looking for workshops that are: • Clearly structured and skill-building • Ensemble-focused and experiential • Designed for a defined experience level • Distinct in specialty, format, or approach Applications close April 19, 2026 at 11:45 PM.
