Ticket refund policy

  • Reservations may be cancelled before the refund window closes to receive a refund, minus a $2 ticket cancellation fee.
  • Refunds are always returned to the same card used for purchase.
  • To request a refund, reply to your ticket confirmation email from [email protected].
  • Refund deadlines by venue:
    West of Lenin: up to 48 hours before showtime
    The Drama Room: up to 24 hours before showtime

Ticket exchanges

  • Tickets may be exchanged for another date or donated as a tax-deductible contribution if requested before the exchange window closes.
  • Exchange deadlines by venue:
    West of Lenin: up to 24 hours before showtime
    The Drama Room: up to 12 PM (noon) the day of the show
  • ​Tickets may only be exchanged one time
  • There is no fee for exchanging tickets; however, if you reschedule into a higher-priced show, you will be asked to pay the difference
  • To request an exchange, reply to your ticket confirmation email from [email protected].

classes refunds & exchangeS

  • Tuition may only be refunded or deferred if requested up to two weeks before the first date of class
  • Please contact the education director at [email protected] regarding questions about payment, refunds, and deferment

​Late Seating Policy

  • Please note, there is no late seating. If you do not arrive by showtime, your tickets will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
  • If the show is sold out and there is a waitlist, your seats may be released at showtime to waiting guests.​
  • If you notify us within 24 hours, we may be able to offer you complimentary tickets to a future performance, subject to availability.

code of conduct

  • Jet City Improv staff are authorized to refuse admission to the theater, and reserve the right to do so if in their absolute judgment your conduct is such that it is likely to disrupt or disturb other persons. You may request an exchange or refund via email and it will be accommodated at our discretion
  • Patrons who make disruptions to the show may be removed from the theater without a refund
  • If you are attending a masked-only night, refusal to comply with mask requirement, or wearing mask improperly (not fully covering mouth and nose) will result in patron being asked to leave the premises and no refund will be given
