Amanda began performing improv in 2000 with The Troupe at Michigan Technological University. After returning to Metro Detroit, she commuted to Chicago to study improv at the iO Theater and perform in iO’s Lottery 30. These days, Amanda is the Facilities Procurement Specialist at the University of Washington by day, artist by night, and harbors the notion of befriending a dinosaur. A distance runner and lupus warrior, she’s an ambassador for the Amica Insurance Seattle Marathon. Amanda couldn’t be happier to be a member of Twisted Flicks, and to have a carte blanche to watch even more movies with her two mischievous cats, Arthur and Mingus.
