Questions about our classes?

Feel free to email us for more information at education@jetcityimprov.com
In Improv 102, you’ll be trained on how to do good – nay, great scenework no matter what kind of show you’re playing in. Using the techniques learned in your introductory class, you’ll engage in games and exercises designed to heighten your support of your scene partners, the ability to accept and expand on every offer, and create memorable scenes in any format. You’ll cultivate the confidence and skills needed in order to silence that voice in your head that asks “what should I do next?” in the middle of a scene. You’ll be ready for anything!

In this class, you will:
  • Apply skills learned in the intro class to scenework and games
  • Create multi-dimensional characters using specific tools
  • Use emotions to elevate characters and relationships
  • Learn about the structure of improv scenes, and how to use it to create a framework within which to play
  • Build meaningful relationships with your classmates, and make new friends
