Improv 102: Creating the Connection
In Improv 102, you’ll learn how to create strong, engaging scenework that works in any improv format. Building on the tools from your intro class, you’ll dive into games and exercises that help you support your scene partners more fully, accept and build on every offer, and bring memorable characters and relationships to life. You’ll also start to quiet that voice in your head asking, “What should I do next?” by developing the confidence and structure to trust your instincts. The result: scenes that feel natural, connected, and genuinely fun to play. In this class, you will:
Who: Adults 18 and older Prerequisite: Completion of Improv 101 at Jet City Improv or equivalent beginner-level improv experience elsewhere Price: $365 for 7 weeks We want classes to be accessible. Refund Policy
- Tuition can only be fully refunded if the student contacts Jet City Improv two or more weeks prior to the date of the first class.
- Refund or deferment requests received after that time are not eligible for a refund or deferment.
- Please contact the Education Department at [email protected] regarding questions about payment, refunds, and deferment.
- Please note: If we do not hit a minimum number of students enrolled by one week before the class begins, we may delay the beginning of this class by one (1) week or shorten the class by 30 minutes.
- If the class time is shortened, registered students will be partially refunded to reflect a pro-rated tuition.
Additional Notes
- All students must attend the first day of classes.
- You must attend 6 out of the 7 classes to move onto the next course.
- We do not offer make-up sessions for classes you do not attend.
