David Bestock is from Seattle and started doing improv at the Northwest School in 1995. At WWU in Bellingham he was a founding member of the Dead Parrots Society, which saw great success once the founders all left. David joined Jet City Improv in 2002, and played in Jet City Improv Presents shows such as Cut!, The Lost Folio, Reunion Tour, and more. He co-created and produced two original musicals, Wisemen and Easter in Egypt, and briefly called himself a playwright. David has been part of the Unexpected Productions improv ensemble since 2012, and is glad to join JCI folks once again for Spontaneous Broadway. When not doing improv, David can be found running the Delridge Neighborhoods Development Association, playing ultimate frisbee, auctioneering, and snacking.
