Lauren was born and raised in Seattle, WA. She attended Seattle Academy and fell in love with the arts. After high school Lauren went on to perform in local theaters, signed on with a talent agent. This is where she joined her first improv troupe and that was it for her. She was hooked! Lauren went on to join other improv troupes, performing all over Western Washington. Lauren is also a recording artist releasing her first solo album “I have good taste, but for some reason I like you”. All while trying to pursue her dreams, Lauren is also a stay-at-home mom to not one, not two, but THREE CHILDREN!!!!! She be busy! This is her debut performance with Jet City Improv and she doesn’t plan on going anywhere!
