serge lobatch

sound design

Serge began his theatrical pursuits while earning his undergraduate degree at Brown University. During his time there, Serge contributed as a lighting designer, set designer, actor, and director to fifteen productions staged at the University's theaters and at Production Workshop, the student-run theater on whose production board he also served. Lighting design credits include Doctor Faustus Lights the Lights (Three Legged Dog, NYC), We Can Rebuild Him (Brown University), and The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (Production Workshop). Serge got involved with improv after moving to Seattle in 2017, and is excited to return to the Matchelor Mansion as a sound designer and technical improvisor for this production's second run. When he's not injecting the sweet, sweet sounds of melodrama into the lives of singles searching for love, he earns a living as a Product Manager at Amazon, and spends his time exploring the West Coast with his fiancée (she said yes!) and his pomeranian, Pepperjack.
